📦 Return Policy
We prioritize our customers' satisfaction above all. If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you may return it under the following conditions:
A return request must be made within 24 hours of product delivery
The product must be unused and in its original packaging
Products with any damage, scratches, or signs of use will not be accepted for return
Sunglasses, watches, or other accessories can only be returned in case of manufacturing defects

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible
To cancel an order, you must contact our customer support
If the delivery person arrives at your address, you must pay the delivery charge, even if the order had free delivery

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after return approval
Refunds will be issued according to your original payment method (Cash / Online Payment)
Delivery charges are non-refundable
